There is nothing quite like the anticipation of an upcoming Walt Disney World vacation! It is very exciting to think of all the wonderful memories you’ll make and experiences you’ll have! Of course, if you’re like me, I’m in vacation anticipation mode anytime I am not in Disney World. So I am constantly thinking about Disney! One of the best ways to both plan your Disney trip and help get your Disney fix in is to watch some great Disney World vlogs. The best Disney World vloggers take you along for their journey while they’re in the parks and make you feel like you’re right there with them. It’s a great way to also find some cool tips and tricks for your next trip by tagging along with a Disney World vlog.
The best Disney World vlogs do a great job at helping people stay up to date on the latest “goings ons” at the parks and resorts. Given that Disney World is changing all the time, and your next vacation could be affected by those changes, watching Disney vlogs is one of the best ways to know the latest. Disney vlogs have grown in popularity over the last few years with the prevalence of smartphone cameras and the improvement of point and shoot cameras. Disney vlogs provide information about Disney World like first-person views of the attractions, fireworks and parades, construction updates, and vacation tips. You can even find Disney Youtubers that vlog EVERY SINGLE DAY! Since there are a lot of Disney World vlogs out there, we’re here to help you know what are the best Disney World vlogs in 2018.
By that name you might have guessed that this is our channel. Now, we want to say that we don’t think we are one of the best out there yet as we just got started with our channel but we plan to start releasing a lot more Disney content very soon. We’ve got a long ways to go before we are considered one of the best out there but we really enjoy putting content out there for people to enjoy via the vlogs and our Capture The Magic Podcast as well. We would love for you to subscribe to our channel and come along for the ride, it’s bound to be a great time!
This vlog started three years ago and a new episode is released every 2-4 days. It features a couple that just recently moved back to Florida, Brock, and Promise, who enjoy touring the Disney parks and chronicling their everyday lives. What really draws me to them over some other Disney vlogs is that it features a husband and wife pair, is that they are pretty laid back and are fun to watch. You can really tell that they have so much fun being at Disney and meeting people. Also since Promise used to be a cast member at Hollywood Studios, she provides a unique look into the parks.
With over four years of vlogging, this couple from the UK does it all! A new episode is released at least 3 times per week, covering topics like vacation preparation, park experiences, food reviews, and more! Their names are Stephie and Dave, and they met while working at Walt Disney World in 2009. Their individual and combined experiences with Disney Parks are refreshing and really set them apart from other similar Disney vlogs. Best part? They are the only vloggers on this list that have the access and close proximity to cover Disneyland Paris, so I feel that I learn a lot from them from their overseas Disney experiences. They are a helpful resource if you are planning a Disney trip to Europe.
This is my favorite Disney vlog that features an actual family with younger children. It’s great to be able to see the kids tour Disney World and get their take on certain rides and experiences, rather than only having adults to watch. This family travels to many other places besides Disney World, like Disneyland and sailing on Disney Cruise Line, as the parents have made it their focus to travel with their children as much as they can as they grow up. And since the kids are homeschooled, they are featured in every single daily video! Their channel has been around for many years, with the first vlog released in 2010. This family is knowledgeable about vlogging and are very entertaining to watch.
Big Fat Panda, otherwise known as John Saccheri, is an avid Disney enthusiast and has been a popular Youtuber for almost 10 years. While he doesn’t vlog in the traditional sense that the other ones on this list do, it is totally worth it to check out his channel as he has some of the best Disney content and tips out there today. He produces a monthly show where he invites special guests that are involved in Disney (and other theme parks) as fans, vloggers, podcasters or other news outlets. He also releases attraction videos and special events that he partakes in, using a technique called “Pandavision.” I really like his channel because of his wide range of Disney knowledge and experience, not to mention his happy disposition and excitement for what he does. He is really fun to watch!
I’d say that Tim Tracker is the most popular Disney vlogger right now. He is well-known at the Disney parks, Universal Orlando, and even SeaWorld. A new video is released every single day, covering the aforementioned theme parks, as well as home projects, Q&As, and a weekly live video chat and mail video. Tim and his wife, Jenn, have been active in the Orlando theme park vlogging community for over five years (the vlogs began in 2009 but weren’t centered around Florida theme parks back then). Their videos are crisp, clean, organized, and easy to follow. Tim does an amazing job at keeping the video content interesting and informative, while Jenn, appearing in the videos occasionally, has some great video editing skills that produce very entertaining Disney vlogs. Time and Jen are so popular that you will see the other four vloggers that I mentioned already in some of their videos! If there is only one Disney World vlog you want to watch, this is the one for you.
While the above list is the just a small taste of the top Disney World vloggers on YouTube in 2018, you will find some great Disney content in their vlogs. The videos are so helpful and provide a legitimate snapshot of certain Disney World aspects, like dining, park tours, special events, and sooooo much more. Plus, it is also fun to get to experience Disney World through someone else’s eyes when you can’t physically be there to do them yourself. So head to YouTube and get to watching Disney vlogs! Hopefully, watching these vlogs will tie you over until you can get back to the parks for yourself!
